Put simply, Visualisation has a similar feel to Guided Meditation, though it’s easier to follow and delivers an enormous amount more benefits.

Seated comfortably and with eyes closed, Visualisation classes guide towards creativity and imagination, for opportunity and positivity.

At the start of the session, the aim is simply to guide yourself away from the external world and dive into the internal. This is a chance to feel and connect to everything from your skin inward. You’ll slow the breath and the mind. With practice you can become aware of more than you’re currently conscious of, as you tune in / listen more powerfully to the intelligence of the body and how it chooses to communicate.

For the main part of the session, you are guided to follow a visual experience... where possibilities are endless and where the current constraints of your reality don’t have to be your focus. The playfulness you are invited to use, allows the mind to let go and create, beyond limits, with your imagination.

Guidance is open ended, allowing you to journey somewhere unique to you. We recommend you to come open-minded and to trust where you lead yourself. Each session is wild and wonderfully different, keeping the brain alert and unassuming.

A beautifully curated sound journey supports this 45 minute guided session. The music, at a frequency of 432Hz, releases emotional blockages, expands consciousness and allows you to tune into the knowledge of the body in a more intuitive way.

PREPARE FOR YOUR SESSION

Wear something loose / comfortable.

You will need your journal or a pad of paper and a pen.

Take a moment to create your space. The floor is a really grounding and ideal place to sit... choose to set yourself up on a yoga matt or just on some blankets / cushions, but please feel free to use a comfy chair if you wish.

Turn off your phone / switch to ‘do not disturb,’ and ensure you will have no distractions.

Turn down the lights, light a candle and/or burn some incense.

Make sure you feel nice and warm.

Have a glass of water nearby.

We recommend you wear headphones if you would like to have a more internal experience.
